About this role
· Prepare export shipping documentations such as B/L, invoices, packing list, permit and others related documents
· To liaise with customers, trucking, Hauler, carriers and CFS/port;
· To manage forwarding activities such as arrange pick-up for LCL and FCL
· Prepare and generate invoice and sending out to customers
· To scan documents into system and send pre alert
· To prepare export customs, AMS & ACI, AP (export) reports and others
· To update milestones as per global compliance and timely manner to meet Milestone Compliance KPI
· To update navigator and checklist
· To assist to verify and reconcile vendors invoices and others
· To raise PRF to pay vendor, if any
· To handle customer’s complaint and assist customer to resolve issues related to export activities
· To create job file, raise PO and invoice billing according to the billing KPI
· Any other task that maybe assign from time to time by management.
Knowledge/ Work Experience
· More than 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry.
· Solid knowledge in ocean export CS and operation
· Export operation knowledge is a plus.
