Machine Operator (Optical Lens Manufacturing Laboratory)

We are looking for a Machine Operator to work in our optical lens manufacturing laboratory. This is an exciting and challenging position, with good advancement and prospects for the right applicant.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent fine motor skills
• Good verbal communication skills (English and Maltese)
• Able to work as part of a team (excellent team player)
• Must be diligent, self-motivated and a persevering person
• Drive and motivation to produce the best possible product on the market

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• On a day to day basis the selected candidate will be working in the optical laboratory operating various machines involved in the manufacturing process of optical lenses for the eye-wear industry.
  
• Experience as a machine operator and experience in basic computer applications will be considered an asset.
• The selected applicant will be given full training in our manufacturing department.
  

WORKING HOURS

• 7am - 3.30pm (Monday - Friday) 40hrs / week
