We are a Restaurant group made up of creative and forward-thinking individuals and thus we seek those who don’t simply want a job because a job is a boring slavish existence where one spends one time dealing and interacting with a bunch of miserable, disillusioned dunderheads.

We wish to embolden the growth and development of individuals within the folds of our expanding restaurant group and if you are of a similar disposition and bored of working with small-minded buffoons, who have about as much vision and foresight as a side of smoked trout, then you should look no further.

Our dishes are Peruvian-inspired and insanely flavoursome and our drinks and general bar program is really quite exceptional. Experience in this particular field of cuisine is always nice but certainly not essential.

·This a hands-on role with plenty of career progression.

·You will be responsible for all areas of the restaurants, interior and exterior, which include building, mechanical, systems and controls, energy management, furniture, kitchen equipment.

·The maintenance team is a small one, so the ideal candidate will need to be a hands-on manager.

·You will liaise with contractors when necessary.

·You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the restaurants to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and any legal requirements.

The requirements

·A strong individual with restaurant/hotel background.

·Possess a strong work ethic and have a desire to continue to learn and grow.

·Confident in repairing of small electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, plumbing and decoration.

·To have worked a minimum of 3 years within quality restaurant/hotel maintenance.

·To have strong attention for detail.

·Clean driving licence.
