Maintenance Electrician

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician role for our manufacturing facilite in Clonee, Co. Meath. This is a full time permanent position, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure real time repair of machines and equipment to get them back up and running within optimum time frame.
• Repair of industrial production equipment such as high-speed machines, conveyors, packaging machines.
• Assist Maintenance Manager with implementation of preventative maintenance programmes for all machines.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory and equipment performance metrics.
• Assist with the continuous monitoring of all machinery and equipment within the plant.
• Adhere to company safety policies at all times.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to optimize equipment performance and minizine production losses

Requirements

• A minimum level 6 qualification in Maintenance or Engineering in either Mechanical or Electrical.
• Experience is desirable.
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, enthusiastic and hardworking.
• IT literate and experience in automation is an advantage .
• A team player with a collaborative mindset.
