Maintenance Foreman

We are a local real estate company based in Austin, Texas. We acquire, lease, manage, maintain and re-develop both residential and commercial projects including but not limited to office buildings, retail centers, warehouses and apartment and/or condominium buildings. We are a steady growing company that is ready for expansion to outside Austin areas and we are looking for experienced staff to join us.

·Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, appliances, carpentry and painting in the building and/or apartment/condo complexes;

·Communicate with management on any work that requires outside expert assistance and coordinate/supervise outside contractors;

·Receive and respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises

·Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects;

·Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations

·Calibrate instruments and tools required for job responsibilities; and

·Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

Qualifications

HVAC certified
