We are looking for

Maintenance Manager

at one of our locations in Cd. Júarez Chihuahua

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative automotive environment:

• Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and ensure UPTIME is effectively controlled.

• Manage the EAM system.

• Follow up on corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.

• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives for machinery, buildings, and facilities.

• Manage the annual maintenance budget.

• Control the purchasing and consumption of spare parts, consumables, and indirect materials.

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance team activities.

• Maintain and update internal documentation.

• Follow up on contractor quotations and projects.

• Coordinate the receipt, installation, and release of new tools and equipment.

• Verify and maintain updated facility layouts.

• Understand and apply company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation.

• RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) analysis.

• Predictive maintenance techniques.

• Time and project management.

• Lean manufacturing.

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard.

• EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems management.

• Knowledge of machinery maintenance, maintenance planning, SMED, TPM, 5S, Poka-Yoke, plant layout, ergonomics, continuous improvement, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
