Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a manufacturing plant. This is a technical role for someone who knows how to troubleshoot and repair machinery, beyond performing basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment failures, determine root causes, and perform necessary repairs.
• Replace wear parts on machinery, such as shear blades.
• Install and level new machinery, including cranes.
• Maintain forklifts and company vehicles.
• Service and repair shop air compressors.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Mechanics or 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Must have your own tools (demonstrating expertise beyond basic oil changes).
• English proficiency (required for a manufacturing environment).
• Stable work history: 2 to 3 years with the same employer.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (~40 hours per week)

Housing and Travel

• Travel & Transportation: You will arrive at Columbus Airport (CMH), Ohio, where the client will pick you up.
• Housing: Provided by the client for $1,100 per month plus utilities (payroll deducted).
