Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues.
• Complete basic repairs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Keep accurate records of completed maintenance activities.
• Follow company safety procedures and operational standards.
• Assist with facility improvements and special maintenance projects as needed.
