Location: Laramie, WY & Cheyenne, WY

We’re looking for a motivated, professional, and team-oriented Maintenance Technician to help us maintain the quality, comfort, and safety of our properties. In this hands-on role, you’ll tackle everything from electrical and plumbing repairs to appliance troubleshooting and exterior maintenance—all while working with a supportive team that values communication and excellence. This full-time position will be responsible for two small properties. One 36 unit property in Laramie and one 24-unit property in Cheyenne. Travel to the other property will be reimbursed at the current IRS rate.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and improve the physical condition of our properties.
• Respond to maintenance requests and perform unit turns.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and more.
• Ensure properties meet company and legal standards.
• Be available for on-call emergencies (rotating schedule).

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and being on-call for emergencies.

Must-Have Skills & Tools:

• General maintenance and repair experience (basic tools required).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, navigate stairs and uneven surfaces.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving/background check.
