Job Description/Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and facility systems. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining bottling equipment, facility infrastructure, and support systems to maximize equipment uptime and production performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The hourly rate for this role is $31.37

Schedule: 2nd shift M-Thurs

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, bottling lines, facility systems, and supporting infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Partner with production and maintenance teams to identify equipment improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate equipment performance concerns, maintenance needs, and operational issues to supervisors and cross-functional partners.
• Support facility projects, equipment installations, and ongoing maintenance activities while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or related environment.

Preferred:

• Technical school, apprenticeship program, or Associate's degree in a related field.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, automation equipment, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Allen-Bradley PLC programming and hardware experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment and tools safely.
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and elevated work platforms.
