Maintenance Technician - Flexi job

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team on a flexi-job basis. You will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance tasks, ensuring that our facilities, equipment, and premises remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine building and facility maintenance.
• Carry out minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Conduct preventative maintenance according to established schedules.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Liaise with external contractors when specialist repairs are required.
• Support setup and breakdown of equipment or furniture for events or operational needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
