Maintenance Technician: MHE/Refrigeration

We are seeking a skilled MHE Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair essential warehouse equipment and facility systems, ensuring smooth operations in our fast-paced cold storage environment. This role is ideal for experienced technicians with backgrounds in material handling equipment, industrial refrigeration, ammonia systems, HVAC, or industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in building maintenance, forklift maintenance, automotive, diesel, HVAC, or industrial maintenance preferred.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems.

• Building Maintenance: Experience supporting lighting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs is a plus.

• Refrigeration: Refrigeration and/or ammonia experience.

• Certifications: OSHA, forklift certification, HVAC certification, or related technical training is a plus.

• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize repairs.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in cold storage environments, perform work at heights, and safely operate tools and equipment.
