As our operations continue to grow, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as: Management & Research Officer

As a Management & Research Officer, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on banking industry, drafting key reports, promoting the work related to integrated development and intensive operation, organizing and coordinating key management meetings and events.

Main Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Conduct research and analysis on banking industry, new regulations and peer institutions
• Draft bilingual Chinese - English analytical reports and key management reports or materials
• Support to promote the work related to integrated development and intensive operation in the process of regional management, organize and coordinate, research and resolve issues related to cross-institution, cross-department, and cross-business lines
• Organize and coordinate key management meetings and events of the bank, including agenda preparation, meeting support, and follow-up actions.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Head of Department

Qualifications

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Education Background: Master’s degree in finance/economics/business administration or related field
• Working experience: Previous experience in banking, financial services or consulting is an asset
• Hard skills: Strong research and analytical capabilities, excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English is essential, knowledge of French is an additional advantage

Compensation: The remuneration for this position will be determined based on the requirements and responsibilities of the role, as well as the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. Further information on the applicable salary range will be provided during the recruitment process.
