-บริหารจัดการทีมงานและจัดตารางการทำงานของพนักงาน

-ควบคุมต้นทุน ยอดขาย และสต็อกสินค้า

-แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า

-สรุปรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
