- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, and present company products or services to potential clients.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiation strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, finance, and product development to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term client retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
