  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, and present company products or services to potential clients.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiation strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and business partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, finance, and product development to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term client retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
