Manager, Die Cast, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Identify new market opportunities and develop short- and long-term product and technology strategies for the Die Cast industry in Indonesia.

Conduct marketing development activities aligned with Chem-Trend fundamentals and business model to achieve business growth.

Analyze Die Cast market trends and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and market share.

Provide product and technical support to distributors to ensure timely introduction of technologies to the market.

Support management analysis, monthly forecasting, and regular product reviews and upgrades.

Develop and maintain customer and distributor relationships, negotiate business growth opportunities, and conduct regular customer visits.

Organize and participate in trade shows, conventions, technical seminars, and product training for distributors and customers.

Ensure compliance with global product naming policies, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements, and support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years experience in die casting industry
Preferred experience in technical support and industry-related marketing activities.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and proactive with excellent time management
