The Manager in Training (MIT) program is a 12–18-month rotational development opportunity designed to accelerate your career and prepare you to succeed as a future Four Seasons leader. Participants work in day-to-day operations while learning service standards, leadership practices, and cross-functional collaboration. MIT opportunities may be available across Rooms, F&B, Finance, Commercial, Culinary, and People & Culture. MIT opportunities may vary by location.

What You Will Do

  • Complete at least two rotations within one primary area, such as Rooms, F&B, Finance, or Commercial.
  • Learn standards, leadership expectations, operational processes, and department responsibilities.
  • Communicate clearly with guests, employees, and leaders in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
  • Build cross-functional relationships and support smooth hotel operations and consistent service delivery.
  • Participate in feedback, learning opportunities, and project work that support long-term growth.

What You Bring

  • Interest in a hospitality leadership career with Four Seasons.
  • One to two years of experience in hospitality, service, business, or a related environment preferred.
  • Recent or upcoming graduate from a Hospitality, Business, Finance, Commercial, or related program preferred.
  • Leadership experience through work, studies, activities, internships, or community involvement.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and guest-focused service skills.

  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. The expected pay range is $21.00 – $33.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and the market for the role.

Schedule & Hours
