Manager Legal

• Manage worldwide IP rights of the company, which include trademarks and design rights

• Managing of these IP rights include filing of new applications, maintaining already existing IP

rights and defending IP rights in cases of objections and oppositions with the relevant

authorities

• Manage, maintain and record all such above mentioned IP rights and their updates on Google

Drive

• Engage with law firms and legal attorneys around the globe for IP related and other corporate

matters

• Carry out thorough and detailed legal research on corporate, trade and civil matters

• Draft contracts and agreements of various kinds

• Such contracts and agreements type include but are not limited to sponsorship agreements, B2B

agreements, federation agreements with International Associations, Partnership agreements,

Service agreements, Marketing agreements

• Manage, maintain and record all such above mentioned agreements and their updates on

Google Drive

• Report and remove unauthorized sources worldwide that are illegally selling RDX items on

various platforms

• Manage, maintain and record all such above mentioned illegal and unauthorized sources and

their status on Google Drive

• Such various platforms include but are not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, any website on

the internet

• File corporate legal and technical forms on behalf of the company that are mandatory in nature

of business

• Assist marketing and B2B department deeply with the ongoing distribution and sponsorship

agreements.

• Assist B2B department for reinstating any reported and removed authorized sellers/resources.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Law from UK University
• International working Experience in IP
