  • Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary logistics team, including warehouse operators and shipping specialists; set clear goals and foster high performance.

  • Plan and oversee departmental resources and timelines, align material availability with production schedules, and mitigate risks such as shortages or delays.

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth material flow.

  • Organize and maintain logistics data, KPIs, and exception handling, including inventory accuracy, OTIF, and shipping lead times.

  • Prepare documentation and SOPs, and act as a key stakeholder in export/customs compliance and dangerous goods handling (e.g., batteries).

Requirements

What you bring to the team:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in robotics, aerospace, or UAV/high-tech manufacturing logistics.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (Inventory, Warehouse, Shipping modules).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Ability to structure workflows and motivate teams to achieve high performance and safety standards.

  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage conflict effectively under time pressure.

  • Professional communication skills in English or German; Ukrainian language is a significant plus.
