Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all People & Culture functions, including recruitment, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, HR administration, and legal compliance.
- Partner with the General Manager and department leaders to develop and implement People & Culture strategies that support business goals and operational excellence.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, leadership development, succession planning, and team member wellbeing to create a high-performing workplace.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company policies, HR standards, and all relevant statutory requirements while maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data.
- Manage workforce planning, manpower budgets, payroll costs, HR reporting, and departmental budgets to achieve financial and operational objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the People & Culture team while promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and a positive employee experience across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday is an advantage).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
