Manager Operations Management (d/f/m)

What your new challenge will look like

• Lead and develop on-site and off-sitelogistics specialists and coordinators to ensure the successful execution of daily operations.

• Ensure high-quality transportation processes for our customers, with a strong focus onon-time delivery.

• Manage and optimizeroadinbound transportation from suppliers to customer’s plants and road outbound (empties) transportation from plants to suppliers.

• Oversee the daily flow of goods and ensure effective exception management that meets our customers’ expectations.

• Drive the continuous improvement of operational processes and identify opportunities to increase quality and efficiency.

• Communicate regularly with customers on operational status and act as the second-level escalation contact for execution topics.

• Collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders to bringthe different teams’/colleagues’ viewpoints together that ensurebest service quality and enable joint success.

• You have a university degree, relevant professional experience and sound knowledge of transportation management in automotive road freight.

• You have strong analytical, communication and leadership skills, combined with empathy and the ability to listen.

• Fluency in English and German is required.

• You enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international logisticsenvironment and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
