To strengthen our future People & Structure organization, we are looking for a hands-on Manager Organizational Development (m/f/d) who wants to help shape how IronMaxx grows, collaborates and operates.
This role works closely with our Head of People & Organization and supports the development of scalable organizational structures, processes and responsibility models. We are not looking for another “Head of” profile, but for an entrepreneurial builder who combines structure, ownership and implementation power.

- Build and further develop our Organizational Development / Structure area in close cooperation with the Head of People & Organization
- Design scalable organizational structures, role models and accountability frameworks
- Identify process gaps, unclear ownership and organizational bottlenecks
- Drive governance, decision-making and responsibility models across departments
- Lead organizational development, transformation and restructuring initiatives
- Support leadership in translating growth into clear operating models
- Challenge existing ways of working and implement pragmatic improvements
- Bring entrepreneurial thinking into organizational development and process design
- Work closely with People, Quality, Operations and leadership stakeholders
- Support the future build-up of the Organizational Development / Structure team
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
- Experience in organizational development, transformation, consulting, project management, PMO, corporate development, process optimization or operations
- Strong understanding of structures, processes, responsibilities and stakeholder dynamics
- First leadership experience or clear potential to lead and build a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think ahead, challenge and build
- Strong project management skills and the ability to turn ideas into execution
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on implementation power
- Strong communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to simplify complexity and create clarity
- Experience in fast-growing or transformation-driven environments is a plus
- Interest in AI, automation and digitalization as drivers of better ways of working
- Fluent German and English
