Consumer Service Operations
- Manage and process customer tickets using Greyhound
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and escalations across all service channels
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and solution-oriented manner
- Ensure professional communication with consumers and external partners
- Monitor ticket resolution times and service quality standards
- Process customer complaints and product claims in accordance with internal procedures
- Transfer and maintain customer orders and relevant data within SAP systems
- Coordinate order corrections, replacements, refunds, and returns
- Work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, E-Commerce, and Quality teams to resolve customer issues
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer cases and actions taken
- Identify recurring customer issues and support the implementation of corrective actions
- Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
- Support reporting on ticket volumes, complaint trends, and service performance
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
- 2+ years of experience in Consumer Service, Customer Support, Customer Care, or a similar role
- Experience working with ticketing systems (Greyhound experience is a plus)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
