Consumer Service Operations

  • Manage and process customer tickets using Greyhound
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and escalations across all service channels
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and solution-oriented manner
  • Ensure professional communication with consumers and external partners
  • Monitor ticket resolution times and service quality standards
Order & Complaint Management
  • Process customer complaints and product claims in accordance with internal procedures
  • Transfer and maintain customer orders and relevant data within SAP systems
  • Coordinate order corrections, replacements, refunds, and returns
  • Work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, E-Commerce, and Quality teams to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer cases and actions taken
Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Identify recurring customer issues and support the implementation of corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
  • Support reporting on ticket volumes, complaint trends, and service performance


Your skillset - as strong as our protein

  • 2+ years of experience in Consumer Service, Customer Support, Customer Care, or a similar role
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (Greyhound experience is a plus)
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
