Job Responsibilities:

- Ensures the efficient allocation of resources, including raw materials, labor, and machinery, to meet production goals.
- Coordinates with various departments, including sales, procurement, and logistics, to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Leads and mentors a team of production planners, providing guidance on best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyzes production workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
- Monitors production schedules and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or resource availability.
- Manages inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to ensure optimal stock is maintained while minimizing excess inventory costs.
- Collaborates with supply chain teams to forecast material requirements and coordinate procurement activities.
- Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensures compliance with industry regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent Knowledge of the English language.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, ERP System).
