Key Responsibilities:

 

• Food Audit Project Management: End-to-end planning, execution, and project management of internal and external quality and food safety audits across all food categories.

• CAPA & Non-Compliance Closure: Drive root-cause analysis and timely closure of non-compliances (NCs) across all darkstores/fulfillment centers.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with darkstore operations, supply chain, category, and central quality teams to establish seamless compliance workflows.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI norms, state food safety regulations, and industry-standard hygiene practices.

• Customer Satisfaction & IGCC: Manage Inbound/Outbound Goods Control Center (IGCC) processes to directly improve product quality and boost overall customer satisfaction metrics.

• AI-Driven Continuous Improvement: Leverage AI tools and automated quality management systems to analyze audit data, predict compliance risks, and streamline reporting.

Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE), strictly preferred from the Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) or e-grocery sector.

• Certifications: Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations; valid FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) certification is highly preferred.

• Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making, with direct exposure to using AI tools for process optimization.

• Soft Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong executive presentation capabilities.
