We are seeking an experienced Software Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of a full-stack software platform spanning embedded firmware, Linux systems, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing tools. This individual will lead a growing multidisciplinary software team within a fast-paced startup environment and play a key role in scaling both the technology and the organization.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, thrives in ambiguous environments, and can transform evolving requirements into structured execution plans.
