KPMG's Transaction Services team regularly provides financial advisory services in the largest M&A deals in Ukraine. Here’s the list of the recent closed deals supported by our Transaction Services team – link.
Currently we are looking for a Manager willing to join our growing ** Transaction Services ** team.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Coordinate interdisciplinary groups to perform complex financial advisory assignments, mostly, financial due diligence
• Perform engagement planning and management process
• Lead communication with clients and target companies
• Providing multi-level transaction support for local as well as international projects (mostly UK and EU)
• Prepare reports on findings, review deliverables prepared by junior team members
• Actively participate in business development, prepare proposals and pitches to clients
• Prepare engagement contracts, coordinate risk management and client/engagement procedures
• Coaching and supervising junior staff. Act as a performance manager to counselees (junior staff)
Requirements
Degree from a leading Ukrainian or International University
• Working experience in deal advisory/M&A, financial due diligence, investment team of corporates, audit or private equity for at least 5 years
• Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and Ukrainian accounting standards is a must
• ACCA/CPA membership will be a plus
• Knowledge of English at advanced level
• Team player

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly
