1. Preparing Quote Estimates for clients
2. Checking of Design jobs & Quote Estimates of other estimator.
3. Preparing Reaction Sheets & details of foundation at time of Estimate.
4. Analysis, Designing of Steel Structures for Design Job.
5. Preparing Connection its details for Design Job.
6. Preparing complete Design Package for Design Job.
7. Preparing Design Estimate of Design Jobs.
8. Software using: - Staad.PRO v8i, ASFAD, EZ-build etc
9. Structural Design of Steel Building (P.E.B.) as per the Client Requirement.
10. Pre-Design at Proposal Stage as economical to enable marketing person to get jobs.
11. Prepare an Estimate at Proposal Stage.
12. Detailed Design of every component in final Design Report.
13. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, structural stability, soundness, and design safety, conformance with relevant codes at optimum cost.
14. Design buildings and structures assigned to him using design codes and specifications and procedures adopted by Interarch.
Maintain proper coordination with the clients and to participate in design meetings and attend client meetings as required time to time

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education with regular college is Mandatory.

Experience: 8-15 years
