Mandarin Speaker Recruiter

• Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Recruit Mandarin-speaking talent across China, Taiwan, Singapore, and other Chinese-speaking markets.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely candidate feedback.
• Support offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Experience recruiting Mandarin-speaking talent is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
