The Manifest Coordinator supports warehouse and production operations by accurately tracking, documenting, and reporting product movement and inventory data. This role is responsible for entering data into inventory and manifest systems, generating required reports and tickets, coordinating product disposition activities, and ensuring accurate coding and documentation. • Maintain safe work practices at all times and actively participate in safety programs.

• Accurately identify, count, and record product information within designated computer systems.

• Enter data and generate tickets for inbound and outbound bulk products, inbound dry storage materials, and waste products.

• Prepare and generate documentation for bay transfers, rework activities, blending operations, waste reporting, bulk reporting, and end-of-shift reporting.

• Coordinate with laboratory personnel regarding the disposition of held product.

• Communicate regularly with Team Leaders, Leads, lift operators, tote room attendants, and other operations personnel to ensure accurate product handling and reporting.

• Follow detailed instructions and established operating procedures.

• Collect all required shift documentation and submit completed paperwork for filing.

• Learn and maintain knowledge of lot numbers, catalog numbers, product cut styles, blending requirements, and related operational impacts.

• Ensure accurate ticketing, coding, and tracking of all products using the manifest accounting system.

• Establish work priorities and complete assignments with minimal supervision.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.

• Provide break relief for team members as directed by leadership.

• Assist with packaging operations, including rework activities and cleanup tasks, when needed.

• Train and support other employees in manifesting processes and procedures.

• Perform duties in cold storage or other warehouse environments as required.

• Maintain the ability to perform the essential functions of a package laborer.

Position Requirements

• Previous experience is not required; experience in recordkeeping, computer usage, or laboratory environments is preferred.

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos in English.

• Ability to accurately complete forms and record information in English.

• Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group environments.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

• Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems.

• Ability to work in cold temperatures for short periods and in environments that may include dust, noise, vibration, and confined spaces.

• Ability to successfully complete the qualification period, not to exceed 50 shifts worked.

Work Environment

The work environment includes cold storage and palletizing areas. Conditions may include extreme cold, dust, continuous equipment noise, vibration, and occasional work in confined spaces.
