Position/ Assignment Purpose:

To design, deploy and sustain manufacturing test solution for automotive NAD, Wi-Fi, V2X modules. To ensure that each production build units is correctly programmed, calibrated and functionally verified for every shipment. Driving test coverage, test yield, cycle time and false failure rate by trouble-shooting to meet mass production target.

Position/ Assignment Summary:

This position requires to develop new manufacturing test system to improve test accuracy, stability and efficiency:
1. Develop new MFT tools, maintain and optimize to suit various products accordingly.
2. Validate and release the executed test tools to factory.
3. Provide support for production locally or travelling to the factory, and follow up any technical issues and yield analysis, test time optimizations.
4. Provide and Maintain System specifications and necessary documents for applicable ISO process and VDA6.3, ASPICE.

Key Accountabilities/ Statement of Work:

1- Test Solution Development & Deployment upon product requirements:

- Define and implement manufacturing test strategies for PCBA and final assembly, including:
- Firmware pre-programming on flash and firmware download on PCA.
- Calibration (RF, power, temperature)
- Functional Test(BFT)
- RF performance test(RFT)
- SKU configuration test
- Aging(DBI) / temperature chamber test(TTH/TTL) (as required).
- Design and qualify test fixtures, interfaces board, socket and test scripts.
2- Test Station Setup & Maintenance:
- Set up and validate test stations at R&D lab and at contract manufacturers (CMs)
- Develop and maintain test executables using platforms such as NI TestStand, LabVIEW, Python, or other C/C++ based tools.
- Integrate testers with factory MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for data collection and serialization.
- NPI build on site support to ensure test plan to be performed efficiently.
3- Yield & Performance Improvement:
- Monitor key metrics: First Pass Yield (FPY), test coverage, false failure rate, test cycle time, and escapes.

- Analyze manufacturing test logs to differentiate between product defects, test station issues, and software failures.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with process, quality, and R&D teams.
- CPK and MSA report meet PV/PP gate criteria.
4- Failure Analysis & Debug:
- Support production line troubleshooting for test failures – including RF (power, sensitivity), digital interfance, and V2X communication.
- Provide quick feedback loops to R&D for design or software improvements (DFM/DFT).
5- Documentation & Training:
- Create test procedures, work instructions, and maintenance guides for CM operators.
- Train CM test technicians and support ramp up activities.

Required Education and Experience:
