Position: Manufacturing Laborer

We’re looking for askilled, reliable, and motivated Manufacturing Laborerto join our growing team. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in precision, and want to be part of a supportive team that values your contributions, we’d love to hear from you.


What You'll Be Doing

As a Manufacturing Laborer, your role will be hands-on and essential to the production process:

  • Assemble materialsaccording to specifications with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Use hand and power toolsconfidently and safely to complete tasks.
  • Measure and cut materialsusing tape measures and other tools — precision matters!
  • Assist theShop Supervisorwith daily warehouse and production tasks.
  • Wrap and move pallets, unload trucks, check and distribute incoming materials.
  • Help maintain aclean, safe, and organizedshop and warehouse space.
  • Support shipping and receivingoperations as needed.


What You Bring to the Team

  • A naturalmechanical aptitudeand interest in hands-on work.
  • Experience and comfort withtools, machinery, and manual labor.
  • Ability toread a tape measure accuratelyand follow assembly instructions.
  • Stronginitiative and attention to detail— you take pride in doing the job right.
  • Fluent in English or Spanish.
  • Must be able tolift, move, stand, and bendas required in a shop setting.
