We’re looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals ready to operate a variety of industrial machines – from massive six-ton overhead cranes to precision tube-forming mills – and make a real impact every day.

Starting pay: $18.75 – $26.75 per hour (based on experience)
Night shift differential: additional $1.20/hour

What You’ll Do:

oOperate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment.

oLoad and unload materials onto and off machines.

oProcess tubing through specialized equipment.

oInspect tubes to ensure top-notch quality before they head out to customers.

oPlay an essential role in keeping production running smoothly and safely.

What It Takes to Succeed:

oPhysical stamina – you’ll be on your feet for 12-hour shifts, working with equipment and materials that require strength and endurance.

oComfort with a fast-paced, hands-on environment where teamwork and focus are key.

oAbility to lift 5–50 pounds frequently and work in a variety of positions – bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, and more.

oStrong math skills (decimals, fractions, averages) to keep operations precise.

oGood communication skills to work closely with your team and supervisors.

oA commitment to safety, quality, and showing up ready to contribute every day.

Your Schedule:

o12-hour shifts: either days (6 a.m.–6 p.m.) or nights (6 p.m.–6 a.m.).

oShift days vary based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

oHigh school diploma or equivalent.

oPrevious manufacturing experience (a plus, but not required – we train!).

oAbility to read and speak English is preferred.
