Manufacturing- Senior EHS Specialist- Tainan

Role and responsibilities

• Product/ Tool Electrical Safety review
• Factory Business Continuity Management, BCM
• Ionizing radiation safety/laser safety management
• Contractor management and construction safety
• Develop and enhance emergency response
• Lead EHS internal training and assist in audit and inspection.
• Ensure compliance to OSH legal requirements, ISO 45001 and relevant EHS Corporate standards
• Incident investigation of the good catch, near-miss incidents and injury accidents

Education: BSc/Msc degree in Safety & Health or comparable

Experience:

• 5+ years of occupational health and safety related work experiences.
• Experience in complex /high tech/multi country organizations
• Experience working in an electronic industry, preferably semiconductor industry.

Personal skills :

• Taiwan governmental Level A or B Occupational Safety or Health Specialist certified. (甲乙級職業安全/衛生管理技術士) (Requirement condition)
• English skill (verbal and written) – to communicate to the foreigner. (Requirement condition)
• Radiation Protection Personnel Certificate (Junior or Senior Level) (輻射防護員/ 輻射防護師證書) (Preferred but not required)
• The ability to continually acquire new skills, learn from experience, embrace new challenges, and perform well under changing conditions

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
