The Manufacturing Technician II is responsible for setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production operation. This position utilizes specialized equipment to screen print thick film onto a substrate board.

This position reports to the Value Stream Supervisor or Value Stream Manager and is part of the Thick Film Department located in New Brighton, MN and will be an onsite role.

SHIFT: M-F 2:30pm-11:00pm

In this role, you will have to opportunity to:

• Manually set up print equipment in preparation of production cycle
• Utilize automated measuring equipment to assure that quality requirements are met
• Identify and troubleshoot machine and or print related issues and contribute to process improvements and follow detailed work instruction and preform data entry into electronic routers

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Ability to follow written work instructions in English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Medical device manufacturing environment
• Semi-automated Machine operation

The hourly range for this role is $21.00 - $22.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
