This position is part of the Dispense Value Stream located in New Brighton, MN and will be On-Site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

The Manufacturing Technician II is responsible for following procedures, setting up and cleaning up machines, troubleshooting, documenting quality machinery entries, cross train associates, and notifying supervisor regarding attention to discrepancies.

This position reports to the Value Stream Supervisor or Manager and is part of the Assembly - Sensors Department located in New Brighton, MN and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Operate various types of semi-automated dispensing machines to dispense formulated membranes on ceramic substrate boards.
• Pay attention to detail by following precise Standard Operating and Quality Procedures to dispense membrane layers
• Assemble sensor cassettes on a team using semi-automated machinery

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift
• Ability to follow written work instructions in English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• With microscopes
• Medical device manufacturing environment
• Continuous Improvement

The hourly range for this role is $21.00-$22.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
