Marine Technician Needed

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for an experienced Boat Technician to join our team in La Marque, TX.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose & repair boat engines and mechanical components
• Install & repair accessories, including:
  • GPS systems
  • Trolling motors
  • Sound systems
  • Electronics and lighting

• Perform inspections, maintenance, testing, and water-readiness checks
• Complete repair orders and documentation accurately and professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

We’re Looking For:

• Previous Marine Technician experience required
• Certifications a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of electrical, rigging, fuel, and hydraulic systems
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
