Marketing Assistant

Bonneville Builders has been in business since 1998 as a general contractor focused on the Salt Lake City and St. George markets. During that time, we have specialized in hospitality, multi-unit, industrial, office, retail, healthcare, and tenant improvements. We've been recognized as one of Utah's fastest-growing companies three years in a row, with an average growth of 30%.

To support this growth, we're looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts, create graphic content, and represent Bonneville at career fairs and industry events. This role reports to the Marketing Coordinator.

What you'll do:

• Marketing Support: Help produce sales tools, proposals, and marketing materials (print and digital) for the business development team.

• Graphic Design: Design social graphics, flyers, project sheets, and presentations that follow brand standards.

• Digital Content: Help manage the website, social media, and email campaigns, including scheduling posts and updating content.

• Events & Recruiting: Represent Bonneville at career fairs, industry events, and community functions. Handle event logistics, booth materials, and follow-up.

• Administrative & Lead Support: Keep the CRM up to date, track inquiries, and organize project photos and marketing files.

What you need to succeed:

• Communication & Presence: Strong written and verbal communication skills. You're comfortable meeting new people and representing the company in person.

• Experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field is preferred. We welcome 0–2 years of experience, including internships.

• Creative & Organized: You have a good eye for design, pay close attention to detail, and can manage several projects at once.

• Technical Proficiency:
  You're comfortable with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Experience with Canva or HubSpot is a plus.
