We have a fabulous new role for a switched on, organised and energetic Marketing Assistant, looking for a role where you will play a highly important role within this busy marketing team.

Working for a successful, global educational publisher this pivotal role will be based in the Higher Education & Vocational Marketing team and will provide support for the Strategic Marketing team and the EMEA Sales teams.

This is a great role to develop your marketing skills as you will work with many of the core functions across the business unit as well as taking ownership of your own marketing activities.These will include the Higher Education internal newsletter, marketing campaigns and marketing print and digital information. The Marketing Assistant will also be responsible for administration tasks, including managing inbound emails from customers, internal requests from customer facing departments and data entry into the Product Management System. Which supports the business in its delivery of key product information to stakeholders.

This role will also help to manage products on the company’s websites and will include promoting the website, creating discount codes and providing a monthly report of code usage and sales revenue.

This is a super role for someone looking to develop a marketing career and the successful person will have some solid experience of working in a busy and varied administrative role or some experience of working in a marketing department. Ideally, you will have some experience of dealing with customers and have good IT skills. You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have sound organisation, communication skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.
