Marketing Assistant

STV has a position for a Marketing Assistant to assist our Transportation North Marketing group. This position is designated as hybrid (4 days week/in office) and will be located in our New York, New York office.

Responsibilities:

• Support our marketing team in the preparation of qualifications statements and proposals, which involves assisting with research, layout, editing, coordination among team members, and production (i.e., reproduction, packaging, delivery)

• Coordinate with managers to maintain marketing and business development materials including databases, schedules, client management documents, and other support materials

• Manage and update information in marketing databases

• Provide client lead tracking and documentation of activity and outcomes

• Miscellaneous marketing administrative support

Requirements:

• Commitment to quality and strategy

• Flexibility and creativity in responding to clients (internal and external)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details

• Ability to manage assignments under deadline pressure and, when necessary to meet deadlines, be willing to work overtime

• Must also be resourceful and have a strong work ethic

Qualifications:

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalency

• Preferred 1-3 years experience assisting in proposal process/writing

• Experience in Microsoft ® Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign

• Experience in the AEC industry with strong familiarity with proposal processes highly preferred

Compensation Range:

$66,320.00 - $75,364.00
