We're looking for a proactive Compliance Officer to join our Risk and Compliance team in a fast-paced online gambling business. You'll work closely with Marketing and Operational teams to provide practical, solutions-focused compliance support, helping the business deliver campaigns, promotions and player experiences in a compliant and responsible way. The role also covers data protection and wider compliance operations.
We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a collaborative, can-do approach, who can take a pragmatic and balanced view of compliance, applying appropriate guardrails while supporting the business to achieve its commercial and operational objectives.
What You Will Do
What We're Looking For
2+ years experience in a compliance or regulatory role, within gambling or a wider regulated industry.
Previous experience in marketing compliance is essential, including reviewing and approving marketing materials against regulatory requirements.
Good understanding of UK gambling regulation and/or advertising compliance requirements, including CAP/ASA Codes.
Ability to take a pragmatic and balanced approach to compliance, helping teams navigate risk while supporting business objectives.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, practical and proportionate advice.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Proactive, collaborative and positive, with a willingness to take ownership and develop in the role.
