POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the AVP, Corporate Marketing, this position is responsible for providing marketing support to the AVP and team and ensure all marketing materials and marketing programs are up to date.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide onsite events support for centralized marketing programs i.e. March Break, Back to School & Holiday.
  • Provide support with Onsite Events & Ancillary Revenue (i.e. photography, coordinating payments, insurance, documentation of events and post-analysis).
  • Assist with charitable partnerships (Cares).
  • Assist with DEI deliverables.
  • Maintain schedules for key marketing projects and track expenditures and budgets as needed.
  • Provide assistance with promotional events (i.e. photography of events, coordinating payments, insurance, documentation of events and post-analysis).
  • Purchase and invoice administration.
  • Budget reporting.
  • Other duties / projects as assigned
  • QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • College Diploma or Certificate in Marketing
    • 1-2 years experience in a Marketing role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is an asset
