MARKETING COORDINATOR JOB AD

Full-Time | California: Livermore, Redwood City, or Irvine | $60,000-$85,000

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our companywide marketing and business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and helping bring marketing initiatives, proposals, events, and client communications to life.

The right person is detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful. You'll work closely with teams across the company to support business development pursuits, maintain marketing materials, coordinate project photography, manage client data, and help keep a variety of projects moving forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support marketing and business development initiatives across the company
• Assist with proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and client communications
• Coordinate project photography, drone shoots, and marketing assets
• Maintain team resumes, project information, and marketing databases
• Manage client surveys, media requests, company awards, and industry submissions
• Track marketing projects and deadlines while providing status updates
• Support company events, community involvement activities, and internal communications
• Maintain organized files, records, and marketing resources
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Department

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, business development, administrative, or project coordination role
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and document layout, including the ability to edit existing templates, manage content flow, update graphics
• Experience with SharePoint, Procore, ProjectMark, or similar platforms is a plus
• Resourceful, dependable, and collaborative with a strong customer-service mindset
