We are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the delivery of B2B marketing events and campaigns in Malaysia. Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Coordination & Support
- Support the execution of B2B events, including roundtables, networking sessions, and industry events.
- Assist with event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and event setup.
- Manage event registrations, guest lists, and attendee communications.
- Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly.
- Track attendance and assist with post-event follow-ups.
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist with event-related campaigns, including email invitations and coordination with internal teams.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials (e.g. slides, emails, simple assets).
- Help maintain trackers for events, campaigns, and performance metrics.
Coordination & Operations
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to support the execution of initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Support basic reporting and performance tracking for events and campaigns.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
- Exposure to event coordination or campaign support is preferred.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable with hands-on, execution-focused work.
- Interest in B2B marketing or fintech is a plus.
