We will work with Distributor Partners in the east Region. We are currently looking for Marketing Manager of East EU, the details Job responsibilities as below:

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, dealer promotions, and brand awareness in the eastern region.

• Work closely with sales teams and distributors to drive demand generation and improve market penetration.

• Analyze regional market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize marketing effectiveness.

• Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

• Coordinate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective execution.

• Responsible for Digital , Websites, Events and all in close cooperation with the partner

• Support dealer marketing initiatives, including POS materials, events, and local promotions.

💼 What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the motor / automotive industry or related sectors.

• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and channel marketing.

• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset & Results oriented.

• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.

• Excellent English & one of Europe language skills(German, Czech etc.).
