AsMarketing Ops & Lifecycle Specialist, you will join a growing marketing team and work directly with the Head of Marketing to build and maintain the systems that keep the go-to-market engine running.

The role

This is ageneralist operations role in the best sense. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing to build and maintain the systems that keep the go-to-market engine running: includingSalesforce CRM configuration, attribution and dashboards, lead lifecycle workflows, reporting, and the broader marketing tech stack.

You willnot inherit a finished system. You will help build one.

The role is suited to someone who is comfortableowning tooling, has a clear head for data and process, and wants genuine scope to shape how a marketing function operates from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & CRM Management

Own and manage our Salesforce CRM, including:

  • Configuration and ongoing optimisation

  • Data integrity and database management

  • User access and system governance

Design and implement scalable processes that support marketing and sales operations.

Develop and maintain CRM structures that ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline visibility.

Lead Lifecycle & Attribution

Design and manage thelead lifecyclefrom first touch through sales handoff.

Build and maintainmarketing attribution modelsto measure channel and campaign performance.

Define and enforceUTM frameworks and tracking standardsacross marketing channels.

Develop and iterate onlead scoring modelswithin Salesforce to support sales qualification and prioritisation.

Reporting & Performance Measurement

Build and maintainmarketing dashboards and reporting frameworks.

Produce weekly and monthlymarketing performance reportsfor internal stakeholders.

Support campaign measurement, performance analysis, andROI trackingacross the marketing funnel.

Ensure reporting structures provideclear visibility into pipeline development and marketing impact.

Marketing Technology & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Manage integrations across themarketing technology stack, including marketing automation and analytics tools.

Collaborate closely withsales, marketing, and operations teamsto align reporting standards and pipeline visibility.

Support vendor relationships and ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Work with internal stakeholders to continuously improvemarketing processes, tooling, and data quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experiencein marketing operations, revenue operations, or CRM-focused roles

  • Hands-onSalesforce experience; admin-level proficiency strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding ofmarketing attribution, funnel reporting, and performance measurement

  • Experience configuringmarketing automation platforms and campaign workflows

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complex datasets

  • Experience in aB2B environment required; SaaS or technology sector experience is a strong plus

  • Based in or willing to relocate toBarcelona

  • English fluency required; Spanish or additional languages are a plus
