The Role
We are looking for a creative and pro-active Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role will be based in Malta in a hybrid mode.
In this role, you will support the execution of TPF's marketing strategy across multiple areas, including content creation, social media, email marketing, website management, SEO, and campaign execution. While content creation will be a key part of the role, we are looking for someone with a broad marketing mindset who can contribute across different initiatives and adapt to the team's evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Content Specialist, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage TPF's social media channels, including content planning, creation of engaging content, scheduling, publishing, community management, and performance reporting.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, using insights to optimise content strategy and campaign results.
- Research, write and publish blog articles, website copy and other marketing content, applying SEO best practices.
- Create and optimise website content, including landing pages, product pages, and other website copy, applying SEO best practices to improve organic visibility, user engagement, and conversions.
- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation and performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyse website and campaign performance using SEO and analytics tools, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and company events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and align content with broader campaigns, product launches, and brand messaging.
- Provide support across other marketing initiatives as business needs evolve.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, ideally within fintech, finance, or a fast-paced digital environment.
- Experience creating content for digital channels and social media.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign execution.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content strategy and writing.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze content performance.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools, and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva or Figma) is a plus.
- Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest in fintech, digital payments, and innovation.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with the flexibility to support different marketing activities and take ownership of new initiatives.
