We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Support Specialist to support our marketing team and fleet account program. This part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys managing processes, coordinating projects, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting marketing systems, digital presence management, reputation management efforts, and fleet account onboarding. This position works closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to ensure projects and accounts are set up accurately and efficiently.General Requirements

Responsibilities
Lead Intake:
- Receive and organize incoming fleet inquiries
- Ensure lead information is complete and properly documented.
- Gather client information and identify account needs.
- Coordinate communication between prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare account agreements and required onboarding documents.
- Track completion and receipt of signed paperwork.
- Create and configure fleet accounts within company systems.
- Verify account details and billing information.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, accounting, and other departments to ensure account readiness.
- Communicate launch timelines and requirements.
- Assist with account activation and client onboarding.
- Ensure clients receive necessary information and resources for a successful launch
