Masonry Laborer

Laborers are a vital part of M3, Inc.'s team and we are currently hiring Experienced & Motivated Masonry Laborers for jobs located in Charlottesville and surrounding cities/counties. This is full-time (Monday-Friday), year-round work with benefits.

Duties:

• Move & organize material and equipment
• Mix mortar
• Cut brick and block
• Erect/Dismantle scaffolding
• Job site clean-up

Job Requirements:

• Past experience as a Masonry Laborer and familiarity with duties described above
• Ability to get to/from job sites, daily
• Punctual, courteous, and dependable
• Ability to meet physical demands of job
• Good communication and listening skills
• Ability to follow directions and work within Safety Guidelines
• Proper documentation is a prerequisite for employment with M3, Inc.

Pay:

• Laborers earn between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Health Insurance:

• After 60 days, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans offered through M3, Inc.

Schedule:

• A typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Paid Holidays:

• After 90 days, full-time employees receive 6 paid Holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day.

Flexible Paid Time Off:

• After one year of employment, we offer 40 hours of flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) to full-time employees.
