• Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand and business priorities.
• Balance production capacity, inventory, and material availability.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production performance and adjust plans when needed.
• Identify risks and resolve planning issues to minimize disruptions.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate production plans across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi
